This project is a study in warm, cool and complementary colors in a fun and popular format. My “Warm Hand” file consists of Circle, Diamond and Hexagon background templates, each in right and left-hand orientation, plus instructions. To see a preview, click HERE.

This sample was colored with Prismacolor® Colored Pencils. The students traced their hands on the pre-printed templates, filled in the hands with warm colors, and the background with complementary cool colors.
